However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a customer may wish to request a refund or cancel their appointment. This policy outlines our refund process for customers.

Refund Eligibility

We will consider refunds in the following situations:

1. **Cancellation by Vehicle Solutions (Cheltenham) Ltd**: If we are unable to complete the work as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or unexpected parts availability issues.

2. **Partially Completed Work**: If we have completed only a portion of the work and you decide to cancel the remainder of the job.

3. **Error in Service**: If we make an error in our service that affects the vehicle's performance or safety.


Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our office by phone or email within 30 days of the original appointment date. You will be required to provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the request. Our management team will review your request and respond with a decision on whether a refund is possible within 10 working days.


Refund Amount

The amount of the refund will depend on the specific circumstances. In general, we will offer a full or partial refund based on the following criteria:

1. **Full Refund**: If we are unable to complete the work as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. **Partial Refund**: If you cancel partially completed work and we have already begun the job.


Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. In some cases, a store credit or voucher may be offered instead of a cash refund.


Cancellation Fees

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

1. **Less than 24 hours' notice**: A fee equal to 50% of the original service cost will be charged.
2. **No-shows**: A fee equal to 100% of the original service cost will be charged.


Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to services that are not completed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supplier shortages. In these situations, we may offer an alternative solution or a partial refund. This refund policy does not apply to any parts prepaid for and ordered prior to any repairs that have been ordered on a “special order” basis and are non-returnable to the parts supplier. In some circumstances “special order” parts may be returned to the supplier for a partial refund subject to a handling fee at their discretion.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and/or sent via email notification to customers who have opted-in to receive updates from us.
